All agreements are made based on the information provided by the customer when booking or inquiring. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that information regarding date, time, pick-up location, destination, number of people, luggage, flight number and any special requests are correct.

Limousine CPH reserves the right to reject or cancel a booking if the ride cannot be carried out properly, if the information is incomplete, if there is suspicion of abuse, or if the customer does not comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and conclusion of the agreement

Bookings can be made via contact form, email, telephone or other written communication with Limousine CPH.

A booking is only finally confirmed when Limousine CPH has confirmed the trip in writing. The confirmation may include date, time, pick-up location, destination, price, any stops, duration and special agreements.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the booking confirmation and ensuring that all information is correct. Any errors or changes must be reported to Limousine CPH as soon as possible.

3. Prices and offers

All prices are given as individual offers based on the specific trip. The price depends on, among other things, date, time, route, duration, number of people, number of stops, waiting time, luggage, type of trip and any special requests.

An offer is only valid for the period stated in the offer. If the scope of the trip changes after confirmation, the price may be adjusted.

All prices are stated including VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated.

4. Payment

Payment is made by agreement and can be made via the payment methods that Limousine CPH offers at the time of booking.

Limousine CPH may require a deposit, partial payment or full prepayment when booking. A booking may be conditional on payment or deposit being received within the agreed deadline.

When invoicing companies, the payment deadline stated on the invoice applies.

In the event of non-payment, Limousine CPH reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Any payment fees are clearly stated if they are relevant to the selected payment method.

5. Changes to booking

Changes in date, time, pickup location, destination, number of stops, number of people, luggage, flight number or duration must be notified to Limousine CPH as soon as possible.

Limousine CPH will try to accommodate changes as much as possible, but changes depend on availability and practical circumstances.

Changes may result in price adjustments. Changes are only valid when confirmed in writing by Limousine CPH.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing to Limousine CPH.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before agreed pickup: no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before agreed pickup: 50% of the agreed price may be charged.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before agreed pickup: 100% of the agreed price may be charged.
  • In case of no-show without cancellation, the full price will be charged.

For larger bookings, weddings, events, roadshows, corporate transport, full-day bookings or bookings with special preparations, separate cancellation terms may be stated in the offer or booking confirmation.

7. Right of withdrawal

If the customer books as a consumer via website, email, telephone or other remote communication, the customer may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the rules on distance selling.

The withdrawal period generally runs from the day the agreement is concluded when purchasing a service.

If the customer wants the service to be performed within the withdrawal period, the customer may be asked to expressly agree to the service starting. If the service has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal may lapse when the customer has given his prior consent to this.

Cancellation of a specific booking is also regulated by Limousine CPH’s cancellation terms.

8. Waiting time and delay

The customer must be ready at the agreed pick-up time.
Unless otherwise agreed, a booking includes up to 15 minutes of waiting time for regular pick-up.

For airport pickup, the booking includes up to 60 minutes of waiting time from actual landing time if the customer has provided the correct flight number when booking.

Extra waiting time may result in additional charges.

The customer must ensure that the provided phone number is active and available around the time of pickup so that the driver can contact the customer if necessary.

Limousine CPH cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to complete the service due to incorrect or incomplete information from the customer.

9. Airport transfer

For airport transfers, the customer must provide the correct flight number, arrival time, terminal and any relevant information about luggage or special needs.

If the flight is delayed, Limousine CPH will, as far as possible, adjust the pickup to the actual landing time when the correct flight number is provided.

If the customer cannot be reached, does not show up, or has provided incorrect flight information, the trip may be considered a no-show and the full price may be charged.

10. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information when booking is correct.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all passengers behave properly during the ride and follow the driver’s instructions.

Limousine CPH reserves the right to interrupt or refuse a trip if the passenger’s behavior is deemed to be threatening, harmful, illegal, heavily intoxicated or a nuisance to the driver, the car or others.

If a trip is interrupted due to the behavior of the customer or passengers, the full price may still be charged.

11. Luggage and personal belongings

The customer must inform us when booking if they are bringing larger amounts of luggage, special items, a stroller, sports equipment or anything else that requires extra space.

Forgotten belongings are stored by agreement and can be picked up or returned against payment of any costs.

12. Damage and cleaning

The customer is liable for damage to the car, interior, equipment or other property caused by the customer’s or passengers’ behavior.

For extraordinary cleaning due to spills, vomit, garbage, food, drinks or other soiling, Limousine CPH may charge a cleaning fee.

Any damage, cleaning costs or losses resulting from the customer’s or passengers’ behavior may be invoiced subsequently.

13. Smoking, alcohol and safety

Smoking is not allowed in the cars.

Alcohol may only be brought or consumed by separate agreement with Limousine CPH and always in accordance with applicable regulations and the driver’s instructions.

All passengers must use seat belts where required.

The driver may refuse or interrupt the journey if safety is not considered appropriate.

14. Children and special needs

If children are to be brought along, the customer must inform this when booking.

The customer is responsible for informing the customer if a child seat, booster seat or other special adaptation is required. Limousine CPH can, by agreement, try to accommodate special needs, but availability must be confirmed in advance.

The customer must also advise of any special needs regarding access, luggage, assistance with pick-up or extra time.

Limousine CPH is not responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.

This may include, among other things, extreme weather conditions, traffic accidents, roadworks, strikes, illness, technical problems, government intervention, roadblocks, war, terrorism, epidemics or other unforeseen events.

If a booking cannot be completed due to force majeure, Limousine CPH will try to find an alternative solution as far as possible.

16. Responsibility

Limousine CPH provides chauffeur service with a focus on punctuality, safety and professional planning. However, circumstances beyond the company’s control may arise.

Limousine CPH is not responsible for indirect losses, missed flights, missed appointments, consequential financial losses or other losses caused by traffic, weather, accidents, government regulations, the customer’s delay, incorrect booking information or other circumstances beyond Limousine CPH’s control.
